FitCoach provides training, nutrition and wellness information. Please read this disclaimer carefully before using the app or starting any program.
1. Not medical advice
The content of FitCoach — workout plans, meal plans, exercise videos, calorie and macro estimates — is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical, dietary, physical therapy or mental health advice, diagnosis or treatment, and does not create a physician–patient or dietitian–client relationship.
2. Consult a professional
Always consult a licensed physician before starting or changing an exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have or suspect a medical condition, injury, cardiovascular risk, are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication. Stop exercising and seek medical care if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or chest discomfort. In an emergency call 911.
3. Assumption of risk
Physical training — including combat sports, weight training, HIIT and running — carries an inherent risk of injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activities. Perform exercises only within your abilities, with appropriate equipment, space and supervision where needed.
4. Estimates and AI content
Calorie, macronutrient and body-composition figures, photo-based food recognition and AI-generated plans are estimates. Actual values may differ significantly. Do not rely on them for the management of diabetes, eating disorders, allergies or other medical conditions — always verify with labels and professionals.
5. No guarantees
Results vary by individual. The Operator and the Service Provider make no guarantee of weight loss, muscle gain, performance or any particular outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by California law, liability for injuries or damages arising from the use of the content is disclaimed.
