Terms and Conditions

1. The Service
FitCoach is an online fitness and nutrition support application operated by X-APP Szoftverfejlesztő Kft. Based on an assessment, the application generates workout and meal plan recommendations and provides exercise videos, logging, and measurement-tracking features.
2. Account and Use
Use of the service requires registration. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for safeguarding their login credentials. The account may not be transferred to a third party. The provider is entitled to suspend any account that violates these terms.
3. Health Disclaimer
The content is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, dietary, or therapeutic advice and does not replace the opinion of a qualified professional. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise or dietary change, particularly if you have an existing illness, injury, or are pregnant. Users perform all exercises at their own risk.
4. Content and Copyright
The videos, descriptions, educational materials, and plans available in the application are the intellectual property of X-APP Szoftverfejlesztő Kft. or its partners. Downloading, redistributing, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting this content without prior written consent is prohibited.
5. Artificial Intelligence
Workout plans, meal plans, video descriptions, and photo-based nutritional estimates are generated in part automatically with the assistance of AI. The resulting values are estimates and may contain errors; the provider does not warrant their accuracy.
6. Fees
The content and fees of each package are set out in the current price list published within the application. Free access allows only limited use of the service.
7. Liability
The provider does not guarantee the continuous, error-free operation of the service and, except as mandatorily required by law, shall not be liable for damages arising from data loss, service outages, or use of the content.
8. Termination
The user may delete their account at any time, or request its deletion by contacting hello@x-app.software. The provider may terminate the agreement with immediate effect in the event of a serious breach of these terms.
9. Miscellaneous Provisions
These terms are governed by Hungarian law. The provider may unilaterally amend these terms and will notify users of any changes within the application. Contact: hello@x-app.software.
